SUA was presented during a trade mission of Kenya in Slovakia

Our university was represented by Prof. Elena Horská, Vice-rector for International and Public Relations.
During the official programme three major papers were presented. The first paper presented by SARIO dealt with business opportunities in Slovakia and Central Europe, the second one by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs investigated Kenya's investment needs of the country and the third major paper was prepared and presented by SUA introduced our university through its expertise and experience in the field of agricultural research and education. The presentation was of great interest especially to the Ministry of Regional Development of Kenya and associations working in the agricultural sector interested in educating agricultural experts. One of the largest producers of coffee offered a cooperation by providing seminars on "fair trade" practices in developing countries and their significance for local development.
SUA was officially invited to EXPO 2013: Global South-South Development - Building Inclusive Green Economy" exhibition to be organized in Nairobi under the auspices of the Environmental Committee of the United Nations in the period of 28.10. - 1.11. 2013. SUA will be a part of the official presentation of the Slovak Republic with free participation in the relevant sections of sustainable development, green transformation, agriculture and human nutrition as well as the presentation of SUA and its study programmes.
Kenya's trade mission was led by the Embassy of the Slovak Republic to Kenya.
