About the possibilities of Slovak-American academic and scientific cooperation

The sharing of knowledge and expertise between Slovakia and the USA positively affects the progress and development of innovations in many areas in both countries.
The aim of the information seminar, which took place on January 17 at the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra, was to present the possibilities of Slovak-American academic and scientific cooperation, increase awareness of existing research partnerships and provide information on scholarships, exchange programs and support mechanisms for cooperation with the USA .
The map of Slovak-American cooperation SKUScooperation.sk was presented. It also included summary information about the possibilities of a working stay in the USA under Work and Travel. An example of good practice was positively presented by our colleague doc. Mgr. Marek Kolenčík, PhD.
The event was prepared by the International relations Office in cooperation with representatives of the US Embassy in Slovakia, the Fulbright Commission, SAIA, n.a. and the Ministry of Investments, Regional Development and Informatization of the Slovak Republic.
