Current Mobility Guidelines (COVID-19)

 

  • The Public Health Office of the Slovak Republic evaluated the epidemiological situation in the territory of the Slovak Republic and informed about the planned changes from September 1, 2020 http://www.uvzsr.sk/
  • Restrictions on borders and conditions of entry into selected countries on the webpage of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic (https://www.mzv.sk/cestovanie-a-konzularne-info) or on the website of the European Union (https://reopen.europa.eu/sk/);

  • it is still necessary to follow recommended safety and hygiene measures.

Measures taken by SUA in Nitra  for Erasmus + mobilities, valid from September 1, 2020

Due to development of the epidemiological situation with regard to the 2nd wave of COVID-19, the situation with Erasmus + mobilities is resolved as follows:

For students who are currently at the mobility, it is necessary to know:

The academic year 2020/2021 at SUA in Nitra starts on September 21, 2020, so it is recommended to return from mobility until September 10, 2020 in order to be able to keep the 10-day period before the beginning of the study period.

Everyone returning after September 10, 2020 must also take into consideration a 10-day period before the beginning of the study period.

SENDING STUDENTS within the Erasmus + KA103 programme:

- study: The University WILL NOT BE SENDING STUDENTS on Erasmus + study mobility in the winter semester 2020/2021 ,  implementation of mobilities is postponed to the summer semester 2020/2021, or according to current situation with COVID19

- traineeship: SUA students will not be sent for traineeship mobility in the winter semester of the academic year 2020/2021,  implementation of traineeship is postponed to the summer semester 2020/2021, or according to current situation with COVID19

-mobilities of graduate students continue to take place

SENDING STUDENTS within the Erasmus + KA107 programme is currently without a change

- study: Sending students for Erasmus + KA107 study mobility (world) - the selection procedure will take place in September 2020, the earliest possible starting date of the mobility is January 2021

ACCEPTING INCOMING STUDENTS within the Erasmus + KA103 / KA107 programme

- study and traineeship: Admission of incoming students for the mobility (study and traineeship) Erasmus + KA103 is CANCELLED for the winter semester of the academic year 2020/2021 . All incoming mobilities are postponed to summer semester of the academic year 2020/21.

Accepting incoming students for mobility (study and traineeship) within Erasmus + KA107 (world) is currently without a change - It is currently dealt with administratively by signing inter-institutional agreements. Nominations of students will be accepted continuously. The soonest possible starting date is a week before the beginning of the summer semester 2020/21.

SENDING STAFF within the Erasmus + KA103 / KA107 programme

- teaching and training: mobilities planned for the winter semester of the academic year 2020/2021 will not be realized, their implementation is postponed to the summer semester of the academic year 2020/2021.

ACCEPTING INCOMING STAFF within the Erasmus + KA103 / KA107 programme

- teaching and training: mobilities planned for the winter semester of the academic year 2020/2021 will not be realized, their implementation is postponed to the summer semester of the academic year 2020/2021.

OTHER PROGRAMMES (NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME, CEEPUS ...)

- teaching and training: The mobilities will be dealt with individually, for current information contact the responsible person for these programmes.
