Miroslav Čibík from FHLE won the competition For Water 2019

Students of the Faculty of Horticulture and Landscape Engineering were again among the finalists of the fourth year of the nationwide competition For Water, results of which were announced on 13 November in Bratislava.
An open category was won by Ing. Miroslav Čibik, PhD student at the Department of Garden and Landscape Architecture (supervisor doc. Ing. Arch. Roberta Štěpánková, PhD.). He was awarded the prize for his diploma thesis Architectural design of the embankment of Malá Nitra with a historical water mill, which was elaborated under the supervision of Ing. Attila Totha, PhD.
In the category of teams the second place went to students of landscape and garden architecture: Anna Kulperová, and Andrea Zajacová and PhD students: Ing. Miroslav Čibik and Ing. Martin Manina (Department of Landscape Engineering). They were awarded for the work MY ZONE - transformation of public space in Nové Zámky, which was elaborated under the supervision of Ing. Attila Totha, PhD.
