CLASS Foundation Awarded Three Students from Faculty of Engineering
13.12.2018The CLAAS Foundation awarded the best bachelor theses of academic year 2017/2018. Three students of the Faculty of Engineering were also awarded.
In order to promote and support the future development of agriculture and agricultural technology, the CLAAS Foundation annually awards the International Student Prize for bachelor theses focused on agricultural technology.
Traditionally, students of the Faculty of Engineering have been successfully involved in this event this year. Based on the assessment of the quality of bachelor theses in the academic year 2017/2018, three students of the Faculty of Engineering were awarded for the seventh time. This year, CLAAS Foundation certificate and a one-time financial support went to Bc. Martin Brigant, Bc. Peter Kožuch and Bc. Gabriel Lüttmerding. The ceremony took place on October 10, 2018 at the CLAAS Technopark in Harsewinkel, Germany, with the personal participation of Mr. Helmut Claas.
At the meeting of the FE Scientific Council, dean of FE prof. Ing. Roman Gálik, PhD., congratulated to three successful students. He wished them many successes in the next study, and he also thanked them for the exemplary representation and promotion of the faculty abroad. He also thanked prof. Ing. Vladimír Rataj, PhD., Co-ordinator of cooperation with CLAAS Foundation.
