ERASMUS STUDENTS
APPLICATION DEADLINE for ENROLLMENT and REGISTRATION for ACCOMMODATION for Winter Semester 30. June for Summer Semester 30. November
Where: ERASMUS Students use the ECTS Application Form and Learning Agreement, Application Form for Enrollment and Registration for
Accommodation (see ANNEX 1, ANNEX 2 , ANNEX 3 ) of ERASMUS program from home university which needs to be sent to the IRO to

After approving the Learning Agreement by appropriate faculty of SUA an Acceptation letter as well as approved Learning Agreement will be sent to a foreign student.
INTERNATIONAL FULL TIME STUDENTS
APPLICATION DEADLINE: September 1st , each year
International fulltime students coming to our University have to fulfill the following requirements before September 1.:
1. To send the filled Application Form for International Full Time Student ( see ANNEX 4).
2. For Bachelor or Master level of study valid copy of the school leaving certificate of the secondary school (high school) in Slovak or English
3. For Doctoral level of study a valid copy of Diploma certificate of finishing higher education in Slovak or English.
4. Copy of tuition fee payment for academic year (details will be given after Dean Office
decision directly to your address shown in your Application Form.
5. Certificate of negative HIV test.
6. Copy of health insurance valid for academic year for EU
7. Before entering Slovakia to receive permit for long stay in country. (detailed information can be found at the Embassy of the Slovak Republic of your home country and on Internet address http://www.uniag.sk)
