International Conference Biotechnology and Quality of Raw Materials and Foodstuffs

Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Science of the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra under the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Slovak Republic and the Slovak Academy of Agricultural science organized international conference entitled Biotechnology and Quality of Raw Materials and Foodstuffs on 16 – 18 May in the Congress Centre of SUA.

The conference was visited by foreign partners from Germany, France, Hungary, USA and Thailand and its results included new knowledge from the field of biotechnology, molecular biology, foodstuffs processing technology, safety and policy, and design and innovation in foodstuffs.
